It’s a space to reconnect with your body, shift out of survival mode, and activate your natural state of calm, resilience, and pleasure. What Happens Each session combines guided breath work and somatic movement to release stress, shift nervous system patterns, and reconnect with your body. You’ll learn practical techniques to calm your mind, release tension, and create new pathways of ease and resilience. What to Expect A grounding, playful, and transformative practice designed to meet you where you are. Our no-fluff, dynamic teaching style to guide you through facing discomfort with curiosity. A safe environment to be held & supported through whatever you need to release. What to Bring Comfortable clothing that allows for movement. An open mind and willingness to connect with your body. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before class. Anything less than 1 hour & you forfeit your class session. Classes are non refundable but can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before class start.
