Cancellation Policy

Sol Method HQ - The Sun Womb Hire Policy 1. Booking and Availability Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our team directly. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposit: Payment for the space is required at the time of booking to secure the space. You can contact us to place a 50% deposit down to secure. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of the balance paid (excluding the deposit). Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit the full payment. Y 2. Space Usage Purpose: The Sun Womb is available for health and wellness-related activities, including but not limited to workshops, events, coaching sessions, and content creation. All activities must align with the values and mission of the Sol Method HQ. Duration: Hire includes time for setup and breakdown. Please ensure all activities, including cleanup, are completed within the agreed hire period. Capacity: The space comfortably accommodates up to [insert number] participants. Please adhere to this limit for safety and comfort. 3. Equipment and Facilities Provided Equipment: The Sun Womb comes equipped with yoga mats, bolsters + blocks, a sound system. Any additional equipment or special setup requirements must be arranged in advance. Cleanliness: Please leave the space as you found it. A cleaning fee will be charged if the space is not left in a clean and tidy condition. Damage: Any damage to the property or equipment must be reported immediately. The cost of repairs or replacements will be billed to the hirer. 4. Conduct and Responsibility Respect for the Space: We ask that all users treat the Sun Womb with respect. This includes maintaining a peaceful environment, following safety guidelines, and ensuring participants behave appropriately. Insurance: All hirers are responsible for their own insurance, including public liability coverage. Sol Method HQ is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during the hire period. Compliance: Hirers must comply with all local laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety. 5. Payment and Fees Rates: Hire rates are available upon request and may vary depending on the duration, time of day, and nature of the event.
