What Happens: Each Rest session is a carefully crafted fusion of yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, somatic practices, and breath work, designed to down-regulate your nervous system, release tension, and guide you into a state of profound relaxation. Through long, mindful holds and guided breath work, you’ll melt away stress, creating a spaciousness that primes you for cell regeneration. What to Expect: Rest isn’t just a class—it’s an immersive retreat inward. This practice emphasises yin-like stillness, sometimes bypassing physical postures entirely to focus purely on deep relaxation. Our approach is grounded, gentle, and intended to help you access true calm. What to Bring: Dress comfortably. All you need is an openness to let go and a willingness to experience rest deeply. Everything else will be provided. The Result: You’ll leave feeling restored and grounded, having down-regulated your nervous system and accessed a state of inner peace. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 1 hour before class. Anything less than 1 hour & you forfeit your class session. Classes are non refundable but can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before class start.
