You start with: Radical Self-Awareness
The first step to transformation is knowing where you stand and where you want to go. You’ll receive our Radical Self-Awareness Workbook to guide you in setting a powerful intention for this journey. Then, you’ll meet with one of our co-founders for a 15-minute consultation to identify your focus areas and choose your ideal schedule.
Tailored Pathways for Your Goals
Choose from curated schedules or pathways, designed to match your unique intentions and habits—we take the thinking out of it for you to reduce overwhelm & support your commitment.
Each schedule is designed to fit seamlessly into your life and can be tweaked or personalised, helping you build sustainable habits that create profound change over time. The requirement for the program is that you do a minimum of 5 practices a week. This isn’t about temporary fixes; it’s about equipping you with tools to thrive every single day.
Reflection Ceremony

Sol Stories is a four-part live talk series exploring the messy, heartfelt, and deeply human side to cultivating resilience — aligned with our Whole Body Resilience 8 week transformation program.
Storytelling has been at the heart of human connection and growth for millennia, and this is our way of keeping that tradition alive.
Hosted by sexologist and conversationalist Paige Leacey, these evenings aren’t wellness lectures or how-tos — no one needs more advice to feel overwhelmed by.
Instead, Sol Stories is a space for casual yet honest conversation. Paige sits down with the founders of Sol to explore what continues to shape them — the challenges they’re facing, the lessons they’re still learning (often the hard way), and the moments of clarity that keep them moving forward.

No experience is necessary! Each class is guided, and our teachers are experienced in helping beginners feel comfortable and confident.
You’ll choose one of four tailored schedules, or create your own schedule that ensures the program fits seamlessly into your life and supports your intention. Our co-founders can help you build this if you need.
Many of our practices are offered multiple times weekly, giving you flexibility. While live sessions are best experienced in real-time, recordings may be available for key conversations.

This program is an amazing supplementation for any strength or resistance training you do elsewhere. Without this nervous system work, you won’t get the results in your body you’re truly after. And yes we do have yoga flow classes but this is more than yoga. This is a full toolkit for nervous system resilience and regulation that you can't get anywhere else in Byron. So you could use Sol Method for your one stop shop or you can use it to amplify your physical fitness with our body centred mental & emotional wellbeing and get a full round approach.
