We created Sol Method because we wanted a better way to meet modern life.
The world has changed.
Our nervous systems are processing more information, more stimulation and more demands than at any other point in human history.
Yet much of the way we approach wellbeing hasn't changed alongside it.
We're more connected than ever, yet many of us feel disconnected from ourselves.
We know more than ever before, yet we're starving for embodiment.
Movement has become something we use to change the way we look, rather than the way we feel.
Breath is often overlooked until we're overwhelmed.
Urgency has become our default pace.
Rest has become something we have to earn.
We don't believe modern life is the problem.
We believe the problem is that very few of us have been taught how to meet it.
That's why we created Sol Method.
A modern nervous system training methodology that integrates the most effective elements of yoga, somatics, breathwork, functional movement and neuroscience into seven signature practices—each designed to develop a different capacity of the nervous system.

A live broadcast from The Sun Womb. Somatic Flow is a fluid, breath-led practice most similar to a Vinyasa class, but informed by modern nervous system science and somatic awareness rather than yoga tradition. The focus is on mobilising energy, feeling safe in movement, and beginning to notice.
