We know how you feel.

Our own “I’m done” moments came when we realised something important.

We were doing all the "right things" — optimising, fixing, trying to improve.

And yet, our bodies still felt like they were stuck in survival.

We knew and did a lot.

But we didn’t yet know how to actually work with our bodies.

That’s when everything began to shift.

Not through more thinking.

But through coming back into relationship with the body.

We stopped trying to fix or override our bodies and started learning how to listen to them.

We began understanding the rhythms of our nervous systems.

We learned how to release stress from the body, not just manage it in our minds.

And slowly, we began to trust ourselves again — not just intellectually, but physically and intuitively too.
